Based in Kurrajong Heights NSW, 3DE is a small multi-award winning Design Studio, specialising in Sustainable Residential Design, architectural Visualisation and Construction Documentation.
Warwick and Helen Lloyd-Martin bring together a blend of technological expertise and sustainable design experience in a personalised, professional service.
We are passionate about creating comfortable and beautiful homes for the future, working with our clients through every step of the design process. We focus on climate-responsive design to create inspiring spaces, which engage with our natural environment and accommodate changing requirements well into the future.

Warwick Lloyd-Martin BArch
Trained as an architect, and with over 35 years experience in the architectural profession, Warwick specialises in architectural documentation, computer visualisation and ‘virtual architecture’, providing a unique service for the architecture, building, real estate and development industries. He has established himself in the architectural field as a leading expert in ArchiCAD, and its use with other programs, such as Cinema 4D, Adobe Photoshop, V-Ray, Enscape etc.
Warwick has a unique understanding of construction and structural techniques as well as an architectural approach to design. He also supports the architectural industry by providing comprehensive training in ArchiCAD.
Helen Lloyd-Martin BSc(Arch), BArch
Helen has over 27 years experience in residential architecture and larger developments, and now specialises in sustainable residential design, in a wide range of architectural styles, tailored to individual clients and sites.
She has designed award-winning homes in many of Australia’s climatic zones, ranging from the mountains, to the desert and across to the coast.
Her award-winning designs incorporate ESD principles such as passive solar design, water conservation, sustainable energy generation, waste management, and working with and minimising impact on the environment to create comfortable and inspiring spaces throughout the year.
